It is generally a good idea, some experience before they get into business for themselves ...
So if you are not married (or not) to organize their own wedding, I suggest you get married or planning a wedding of friends as a first step.
Take a course in Small Business Management and Accounting. Then see if your area is a mentoring program and may meet with a wedding planner.
